Our lawyers’ fee will actually depend upon the outcome of your personal injury claim. If and when the negligent party settles the case or if and when our Crestline Lawyers win the case for you, we will only get a certain percentage either from the amount of settlement or judgment that you get.
On the other hand, if you do not get any award, as when the defendant did not heed to our demand for settlement or when the personal injury claim we filed for and in your behalf in court was dismissed, we will not be entitled to any payment of the lawyers’ fees whatsoever. In such a case, your relationship with the Crestline Lawyers assigned to your case will necessarily terminate. When this happened, we will definitely bear our expenses and we will not charge you with anything.
Furthermore, in the event that our Crestline Lawyers have obtained a positive settlement on your personal injury case, this will be the only time that we get a certain percentage from the total amount of settlement or judgment that you will receive either from the insurance company or from the negligent party himself. The percentage will be agreed upon at the start of the client-lawyer relationship.
However, it can be adjusted depending on the nature of your personal injury claim or case and also giving great consideration as to how much the total amount of award you received for your personal injury claim or case.
