Mesriani Law Group Obtains Settlement of $75,000.00 for Former Airline Employee

LOS ANGELES - The Employment Law Division of Mesriani Law Group recently negotiated a settlement in the case of a former airline employee, Ms. Smith, on her claims of racial and sexual harassment and discrimination.

Ms. Smith asked to be trained for a lead position within her department. This request was denied, and she was told that she had not served long enough with the company to be eligible for the lead training. Ms. Smith learned this was untrue as other employees with less seniority than her had been given lead training. When Ms. Smith complained to her supervisors about the issue she then became the target of discrimination and harassment.
