PEDESTRIAN ACCIDENT: Slow Moving Vehicle Hits Girl Pedestrian near Irving Middle School

Los Angeles – Authorities are still investigating the cause of the pedestrian accident that injured a girl near Irving Middle School, reports said.

According to initial investigations, speeding is unlikely the cause of the accident because the vehicle that struck the pedestrian was only moving about 3 to 5 miles per hour.

Police officials have said that the accident occurred at Estara Avenue around 7:44 a.m., Tuesday.
