CAR CRASH: Three Killed as They Exchanged Information in Earlier Crash

May 23, 2010

Sherman oaks – At least three people were killed and three others injured after a second crash near the exit of Coldwater Canyon Avenue early Sunday morning, reports said.

Reports indicate that the three who were killed, two of them men and a woman, were out of their vehicle when they were hit and killed by another vehicle as they were exchanging information for an earlier accident they got involved in on the eastbound lanes of 101 Freeway at around 2 am.

Authorities were able to identify the two drivers, 47-year-old Neil Hillan and 24-year-old Santiago Vasquez, and the passenger, 41-year-old Norma Najera-Villeda of Inglewood. The three died as they were hit by a vehicle driven by 25-year-old Haik Madoyan from Glendale who suffered moderate injuries.

The third driver in the first collision identified as 30-year-old Antulio Aju was uninjured in the second collision.

Charges are yet to be filed as authorities investigate the accident that closed the road for a few hours.
