On one occasion, he even demanded that the victim unbutton her shirt. In December 2007, while walking back to her desk, the victim saw her supervisor closely following her, with his hands up in the air, making a gesture like he was going to smack and grab her buttocks. The incident was witnessed by a colleague.

Eventually, the victim reported the incident to the manager. She also did not come to work after her report due to severe distress and concern for safety. As a result, the supervisor was terminated from work.

Feeling ashamed and humiliated, the victim was forced to resign from work on January 2008. She felt unable to regain her composure after the incident; she had to undergo psychiatric treatment.
