They plan to begin deploying the cameras in the Fall.<\/p>\n<p>Inspector General Max Huntsman states that the LASD is behind in major technology for police supervision and accountability. The implementation has been made five years after the LAPD started its own similar program.<\/p>\n<p>The need of this technology was made after the protest against police brutality and racial
