She has filed a claim alleging an LAPD official struck her in the head with a foam bullet as she was operating her vehicle. Jasmine was not participating in the protest and it was projected that the foam bullet went through her driver\u2019s side window. She suffered severe injuries leaving her with stitches, brain injuries, a fractured cheekbone, bruising and impaired vision; she was hospitalized for nine days.
