His identity has not been confirmed.<\/p>\n<p>An investigation found that a vehicle was traveling eastbound on Willow Street at Delta Avenue and struck the victim in the second lane.<\/p>\n<p>The driver fled the scene. However, a witness followed the suspect\u2019s vehicle and was able to get their license plate number.
