Pacific Coast Highway after attending a birthday celebration of a friend.<\/p>\n<p>The Los Angeles County Fire Department was called to the scene wherein a total of nine people were injured, four of which were taken to the hospital. The deck&#8217;s integrity along with the weight of all the people on the balcony most likely caused the crash, making the victims helpless and shocked as they fell to the rocks below.
