Sevana Nourian

Sevana Nourian is an associate attorney at Mesriani Law Group, focusing on employment and labor law disputes, in both their prelitigation and litigation phases. She is a passionate advocate for her clients, most of whom have faced some sort of discrimination and harassment in their workplace. Sevana has years of experience in the areas of civil litigation, contract cause of actions, employment discrimination, labor law violations, and legal ethics.    

Ms. Nourian received her Bachelor’s degree in History with a minor in Armenian Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, in 2018. Since she was young, Sevana was deeply immersed in her own cultural background and that of other immigrant families. Namely, Sevana enjoys learning about different struggles and perspectives, which later evolved into a passion for civil rights.

After her undergraduate career, Sevana moved to San Diego and received her law degree from California Western School of Law. In law school, Sevana was awarded a position as an associate writer and later, an editor, on her law school’s international law journal. While in law school, she founded California Western’s first Armenian Law Student’s Association, bridging together a community of Armenian law students from all over California.
