Employment Litigation Attorney (IN-OFFICE)
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Employment Law Litigator to join our growing Employment Law team on a full-time, in-office basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with seasoned attorneys, where attention to detail and initiative are highly valued. (Remote work is not available for this position.)

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Santa Monica, CA. The Employment Law Litigation role involves managing a variety of employment law cases, including conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in litigation and negotiation processes. Responsibilities include interviewing clients, preparing legal strategies, engaging in settlement discussions, and representing clients in court as needed. The role requires engaging with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials while providing exceptional legal counsel and advocacy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of employment litigation experience.
- Strong Communication and Interviewing skills to effectively interact with clients, gather case details, and articulate legal arguments.
- Experience in Customer Service to provide a client-focused approach and deliver excellent client care throughout the legal process.
- Training and Recruiting abilities to guide and mentor junior staff or legal assistants, helping maintain a high standard of legal practice.
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment and labor law, including relevant regulations and procedures.
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and meet court deadlines.
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and active membership in the State Bar of California.
