Background
Ms. Slaughter is a seasoned attorney at Mesriani Law, bringing over 20 years of trial litigation experience and a deep commitment to client advocacy. She earned her B.S. in Criminal Justice from California State University, Long Beach, and her J.D., cum laude, from Western State College of Law, where she received Bancroft-Whitney American Jurisprudence awards.
Ms. Slaughter represents both employees and employers in a wide range of matters, including employment disputes, personal injury, civil and business litigation, probate, estate planning, and trademark issues. She has successfully litigated cases in state and federal courts—including the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals—and before agencies such as the EEOC, NLRB, and California Department of Fair Employment and Housing.
