Former ER Doctor Charged with Sexual Assault

Former emergency room doctor, Dr. Anshul M. Gandhi, has been charged for sexually assaulting four women from 2016-2019.

Anshil Gandhi, 34, allegedly assaulted a 36-year old woman in October 2016 and two months later assaulted a 31-year old woman after a holiday party. In July of 2018, he assaulted a 27-year old woman and a 31-year old colleague in December 2019. Victims state the assaults occurred in Gandhi’s apartment.

Gandhi pleaded not guilty and is scheduled for another appearance on September 18. If convicted as charged, he will face up to 7 years in state prison.
