A 19-year old male was arrested for homicide, hit-and-run, vehicular manslaughter, and driving under the influence.

Isaiah Lono was driving a Dodge pickup truck and crashed into a Nissan Sentra near Redondo Beach on Saturday morning. Lono got out of his vehicle and ran away from the crash site. According to the Gardena Police, the truck Lono was driving was earlier reported as stolen.

The driver of the Nissan was taken to Harbor UCLA Medical Center. Soon after being admitted, she died from severe injuries. No information on her identity has been released.
