Injuries at work are not just injuries that happen inside offices and other work premises. They also take place outside—whether in traffic or inside other properties. And working on roadways pose an even greater risk on getting injured.

A big population of workers spend a lot of their time on the road. Aside from corporate professionals traveling from one office to another, there are taxi drivers, truck drivers, bus drivers, and those working on roads and streets to maintain and keep them safe.

If you experience any type of work injury or were injured in a car accident while you were at work, you have a right to claim work injury damages against your employer. You are also entitled to recover medical costs and lost wages, collect compensation for property damage, for all your pain and suffering, and other applicable damages against the parties at fault.

At Mesriani Law Group, our work injury attorneys understand the complexity of worker’s compensation claims. We will work closely with you and vigorously deal with the insurance companies and lawyers representing your employer.
